Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a

Mortgage Consultant

to join our team.

What you will be doing:

Guide clients through mortgage options and assist them in selecting suitable financing solutions; Coordinate with local and international banks to process mortgage applications; Assist clients with compiling and submitting required documentation; Monitor the progress of mortgage approvals and follow up with banks and clients; Provide regular updates to the Sales and Finance teams regarding the status of client financing; Resolve issues and delays related to mortgage approvals or disbursements; Ensure all mortgage processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies; Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.

What we are expecting from you:

Fluent in English; Must be available in UAE; Proven experience in mortgage coordination or banking, preferably within the real estate sector; Strong understanding of UAE mortgage regulations and banking processes; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of client cases; High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
