Job Title: Mortgage Consultant

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Dubai

We are seeking a highly motivated Mortgage Consultant to join our team. The Mortgage Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of obtaining a mortgage loan for a property purchase or refinancing an existing mortgage. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending procedures, and regulations, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assess client's financial situation

2. Advise on mortgage products

3. Prepare and submit mortgage applications

4. Coordinate with underwriters

5. Communicate with clients

6. Conduct market research

7. Develop and maintain relationships

8. Maintain compliance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.

At least 1-2 years of experience in mortgage lending or related field.

Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending procedures, and regulations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong computer skills and proficiency with mortgage software and systems.
