Job Summary:
We are seeking confident, sales-oriented professionals with a background in
mortgage sales, banking, or financial services
. This role is ideal for candidates who are target-driven, understand the UAE mortgage market, and are looking to grow in a rewarding, commission-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
mortgage products
from multiple UAE banks
Provide personalized loan advice based on client profiles and eligibility
Manage end-to-end mortgage applications from inquiry to disbursal
Coordinate with banks, underwriters, and clients for smooth processing
Educate clients on UAE mortgage rules, interest rates, and documentation
Build a pipeline through calls, referrals, networking, and walk-ins
Achieve monthly targets and maintain strong client relationships
Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in
mortgage consulting or banking sales
in the UAE
Familiarity with UAE mortgage procedures and lending regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Presentable, client-focused, and fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
Must be available in the UAE
Immediate joiners are highly preferred
What We Offer:
Basic Salary:
AED 4,000 - AED 5,000/month
(based on experience)
