Job Description
A Mortgage Advisor acts as an intermediary between clients and banks. He assists clients to finalize a real estate property buying process through Mortgage while making the right decisions by choosing the best banking solutions. This is a commission-based job - 30% to 50% Profile Description Strong understanding of banking mortgage or real estate brokerage services, terminologies, procedures, and processes. 1+ years of relevant work experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, preferably in a banking sector. Excels working under pressure; ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment. Flawless and brief communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.(both verbal and written) High negotiating skills An attested Bachelor's degree.
