Job Description
We are looking for aggressive and dynamic Mortgage Consultant with strong negotiating skills to determine client\xe2\x80\x99s needs and assist them in finding the right mortgage funding. Job Responsibilities
- Meet clients in person or over the phone.
- Explain the legal aspects of the loan to the borrower as well as the payment terms and clauses.
- Negotiating with banks and credit lenders to find the best loan solution.
- End to end process management.
- Marketing of services to lenders and real estate agents.
- Acquiring new clients and assessing their needs according to their financial information.
- Define repayment terms to clients and educate them on default consequences.
- Expertise in personal finance and risk assessment.
- Familiarity with banking and financial legislation and regulations.
- The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
- Respect for confidential information.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Ability to build trust with clients, lenders, and real estate agents.
- Inclined towards sales and customer service and maintain high levels of professionalism while dealing with the clients.
- Attested Documents
- Own Visa is a plus
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
