Who We're Looking For
An experienced professional with a strong understanding of:
UAE mortgage regulations, products, and procedures
Working with banks and financial institutions
Guiding clients through the full mortgage lifecycle (pre-approval to disbursement)
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on mortgage solutions tailored to their financial needs
Liaise with banks to negotiate competitive mortgage offers
Assist in preparing and submitting loan applications
Maintain client relationships through regular updates and transparent communication
Stay updated on market trends, rate changes, and lending criteria
Requirements
At least
1 year of experience
as a
Mortgage Advisor in Dubai
Familiarity with home loans, buyouts, equity release, and Islamic finance options
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
