Key Responsibilities
Generate mortgage leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and in-person meetings.
Assess client needs and financial status to recommend suitable mortgage products.
Liaise with banks and financial institutions to secure the best mortgage options.
Educate clients on various mortgage products, interest rates, and terms.
Guide clients through the entire mortgage process--from pre-approval to disbursement.
Maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, property developers, and financial partners.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage sales or financial services, preferably in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of local real estate market and banking products.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
UAE driving license is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field is advantageous.
