Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
residential, commercial
, and
off-plan properties
across Dubai and the UAE
Source leads through
cold calling
,
referrals
,
property portals
, and
social media platforms
Manage the full sales process - from
prospecting
and
client meetings
to
negotiation
and
deal closure
Conduct
property viewings
,
site visits
, and
virtual tours
with potential clients
Advise clients on
property investment
,
ROI potential
,
legal documentation
, and
market trends
Stay updated on
Dubai Land Department
,
RERA regulations
, and
freehold property zones
Use CRM software to track and manage leads, follow-ups, and client engagement
Ideal Candidate Profile:
6 months to 1 year of
real estate experience
in Dubai (off-plan or secondary market) preferred
Background in
property sales
,
leasing
,
real estate brokerage
, or
investment consulting
Strong
closing skills
and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or Chinese is a plus)
Excellent communication, client engagement, and
negotiation skills
UAE Driving License is a plus
Must be presentable, confident, and
goal-oriented
