Guide clients through the mortgage application process, offering expert advice and helping them secure suitable home financing options. Job Duties of A Mortgage Advisor
- Central Bank regulations on mortgage provision in UAE \xe2\x80\x93 Residents/Non Residents /Off Plan/Completed properties.
- Banks documentation to assess customer profile.
- Calculation of DBR \xe2\x80\x93 Debt Burden Ration that determines how much a customer can get a mortgage.
- Understanding of customers Credit Report \xe2\x80\x93 scoring and how to improve if there is any issues like over exposed credit cards /personal loan etc.
- Credit norms of banks \xe2\x80\x93 Property Details/status of completion.
- Understanding of Projects.
- CRM Documentation to waive penalties/restructure payments.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in relevant field.
- Experience in Banks mortgage department / Real Estate.
- 3-5 years of progressively responsible professional experience for a major company or division of a large corporation.
- Audit, Financial Skills.
- Financial Software.
- Customer Service.
- Confidentiality.
- Analyzing Information.
- Precision and reliability; ability to. work autonomously.
- Good communication skills.
