We are looking for an aggressive & dynamic Mortgage Advisor with excellent communication skills. Inviting enthusiastic learners who are seeking entry into the banking industry, to work with our award winning and rapidly growing organization. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Originate and make sales of loan packages to customers, including meeting and counseling with customers at their homes and offices.
• Engage in marketing, promotion and business development activities in support of sales, including calling on real estate agents and brokers, financial advisors and other potential referral sources.
• Relationship Management and networking with real estates and developers.
• Maintain communications between the lender and borrower.
• End to end process management
• Understand and support the corporation's policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all of the corporation's customers.
• Meeting Performance Targets.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Diplomacy & Negotiation Skills.
• Previously working in banking or sales environment is a great plus.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply. BBA/Bcom graduates preferred.
