Job Description

Responsibilities

Mortgage Sales
  • Be the mortgage specialist point of reference for the residential property Private Client Advisors.
  • Collaborate with the Private Client Advisors to cross-sell mortgages to their clients.
  • Complete mortgage transactions by converting leads generated by Digital Marketing.
  • Develop a comprehensive Business Development Plan to source new business from other market participants including real estate agents, professional services firms etc.
  • Conclude mortgage transactions and complete all associated administration.
  • Deliver on monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Regular client contact by attending scheduled client meetings and regular update calls.
  • Attendance at sales events/exhibitions.
  • Promotion of mortgage advisory service through private meetings, public events and forums.
Business Development
  • To compile relevant research on target clients and competitor brokerages.
  • Monitor competitor marketing initiatives and subsequent effectiveness, including websites/portals, advertising, social media and other marketing channels.
  • Use the above to actively source new clients, business opportunities.
  • Prepare pitches for new business opportunities as required.
  • To introduce and collaborate with other KF departments (Research, Consultancy & Valuations), where appropriate.
  • Identify and proactively arrange meetings with agents, channel partners and key personnel throughout the region to promote the Residential Mortgage Advisory service line. Take ownership of CRM for channel partners in line with business needs.
  • Proactively meet high net-worth clients across the region to business new generate.
Reporting & Accounting
  • To supervise the efficient administration of all procedures in sales tracking, maintaining records of all transactions in accordance with RERA regulations and managing department accounts.
  • At all times to ensure that standardised KF documentation is employed and in a timely manner when reporting to clients, and where required to personally provide written reports, ensuring that these and also any provided by department members meet the required professional standard.
  • Liaise with the KF finance dept. following execution of mortgage transactions and provide the appropriate paperwork to ensure fees are collected accordingly.
General
  • To align the department with existing KF MENA teams to enable growth of other key income areas: Development Consultancy, Valuations, Research etc.
  • To build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership.
  • To observe the regulations and guidelines laid down by RERA and KF, adhering to the firm\'s internal procedures at all times.
  • To perform other tasks delegated by the Department Head as required.
  • To keep informed of new opportunities within the region and report to the Department Head when appropriate.
Professional experience and personal skills profile

Qualifications/Education Required
  • Candidates should ideally be degree educated, though this is not a requirement.
Knowledge Required
  • 2 years\' experience of UAE mortgages.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter, highly motivated
