Job description Job Title: Mortgage Advisor Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Mortgage Advisor required for leading property developer in Dubai.
- 3 to 5 Years of experience in the banking Mortgage industry or Real Estate
- Maintain communications between the lender and borrower.
- End to end process management
- Understand and support the corporation\'s policies and procedures to provide.
- proper and effective treatment to all the corporation\'s customers.
- Meeting Performance Targets.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Diplomacy & Negotiation Skills.
- Facilitate the lending process and manage the member through the entire mortgage process.
- Maintain complete thorough and accurate conversation log for all applications, pre-approval, and mortgage applications in the loan origination system.
- Maintain professional knowledge of all technical aspects of the mortgage industry develop and enhance knowledge of financial market terms and trends and utilize knowledge to provide complete service to the member
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Mortgage servicing: 3 years (Preferred)
