Hello, We are hiring Fresher/Experienced Mortgage Advisors for our Company. Kindly apply with your updated CV if interested. Position: Mortgage Advisor | Location: Dubai (Remote) | Remuneration: Commission Only Roles And Responsibilities
- Thorough understanding of Residential, Commercial, Off-Plan, Bulk mortgages, Land & Construction finance loans.
- Achieve monthly/ quarterly/ sales KPIs as directed by the Management in line with \xe2\x80\x98Revenue\xe2\x80\x99 targets.
- Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail and networking events.
- Assessing client prerequisites and recommend suitable options from products suite as per their requirements.
- Tie-ups with Introducers and channel partners to generate business avenues and increase business opportunities.
- Maintain solid relationships with Business partners such as Banks, Developers, Real Estate Introducers
- Identify potential \xe2\x80\x98Introducer\xe2\x80\x99 and bring them to table for initial discussion for Tie-ups.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (Preferred)
- Ambitious and self-motivated. Self-driven by integrity, company ethos and values.
- Strong relationship management skills with excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-pace, high performing organization.
- Precision and reliability; ability to work autonomously
- Good communication skill in English a MUST, additional language will be preferred
- Experience in Banks/Financial Services/Real Estate is preferred.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
