The Role
Are you an experienced Mortgage Advisor? An award-winning real estate company is currently looking for a qualified and professional Mortgage Advisor to join their established and growing team. This role is a commission-only position where you receive a 50:50 split of any business you write. This is a great opportunity for you to expand your career and earn endless tax-free money. This will be handing all of the mortgage buyer requirements and the leads will be coming from around 40 sales agents. Doing 100 million AED a month on average. My clients will also offer a retainer for 3 months. My clients are also looking for an individual who wants to head up the mortgage department, so this role comes with fantastic progression opportunities. Main Responsibilities: - Working closely with Sales Agents within the business - Pipeline Management and Reporting - Achieve monthly targets. - New business generation - Maintain client relationships and portfolios. - Deal directly with bank representatives. Requirements
Previous Experience: - 2+ years of previous experience in a Mortgage role - Experience in fee-charging services is essential - Proven track record within a sales environment and relationship management Soft Skills and Personality Traits: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to build strong client relationships. - Mortgage experience essential - Articulate, Numerate and Confident - Drive and enthusiasm
