Job Description
Elite Capital looking for an aggressive & dynamic Mortgage Advisor for various banks with excellent Commission Structures. The candidates must have experience working in the mortgage market, banks or, related to. Requirements:
- Originate and make sales through calls, meeting and counselling with customers at their homes and offices.
- To make use of in-depth knowledge of the market to find mortgage products suitable for the needs of various clients, who have different financial circumstances.
- Engage in marketing, promotion and business development activities in support of sales, including calling on real estate agents and brokers, financial advisors and other potential referral sources.
- Relationship Management and networking with real estate and developers.
- Maintain communications between the lender and borrower.
- Understand and support the corporation's policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all the corporation's customers.
- Meeting Performance Targets.
- Organized flexible & Calm with great attention to detail.
- End-to-end process management
Full Training.
Very competitive commission structure. (Commission-Based Role).
Company SIM card and laptop.
Bank's partnerships with the leader UAE banks (FAB, DIB, ADIB, CBD, UAB and Arab bank) etc. To handle the residential and commercial cases.
