Job Scope: Monitoring customer service internal & external process performance, improving internal process, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth execution. Sharing daily sales landing with other departments. Registering and tracking claims. Sharing Customer Service SLA, DR & CCFOT. Follow with CSL leads digital & customer service agenda on the short, mid term.

Roles & Responsibilities Tracking claims, end-to-end process and consolidating their data with the stakeholders (Logistics, Quality & She Team). Sharing weekly & monthly reports. Sharing several reports (Stock cover, Shipment phasing & skewing etc...). Consolidating and presenting the CS KPIs score. Monitoring CS internal & external process. Following implementation of Customer Service Strategy Monitoring and tracking fill rates and suggesting improvement plans through loss tree analysis Providing inputs to regional & local team Working closely with customer facing specialists to ensure timely communication & follow up on the #1 supplier agenda Work with the customer service & logistics leads to put in place digital agenda Automate the current reporting & remove the non added value activities

Key Competencies & Skills: Ability to understand and interpret complex data and making decisions based on the outputs. Advanced skills in SAP and EXCEL. Good knowledge of Digital technologies & data visualization Fluent in English Teamwork. Strong analytical thinking and skills. Like to bring creativity & innovation to your work. Strong Communication Skills, ability to interact successfully at all levels. Pack office (Excel, ppt...).
