Job Description

Our metier: the creation, production and distribution of Perfumes, associated scented products, and Beauty products. More than 500 employees work at our various sites in France (including Paris and the industrial site of Le Vaudreuil) and abroad. Our distribution extends to 15,000 points of sale throughout the world, including 450 Hermas stores and Hermas Fragrance and Beauty Personalised Spaces. An ambitious growth strategy featuring the development of the Beauty and the implementation of new distribution models and new industrial methods. Since it was founded in 1977, the industrial site in Le Vaudreuil (Eure) has been developing formulas and packaging, producing Hermas Fragrance and Beauty perfumes and associated scented products, and managing all the logistics and supply chain steps through to delivery at our clients. Approximately 260 employees currently work at the site.

Global mission

Reporting to the MEIA finance department, working along with the central controlling department based in Paris (HQ), the Business Analyst is an active contributor to the correct adequacy between Hermas Parfum et Beaute strategic goals and MEIA financial objectives.

Principales activites

The main responsibilities of this position are the following:

Sales Reporting and analysis

  • Collect and consolidate sales reports and data on a monthly basis from all markets and channels
  • Actively contribute to the improvement of the sales and KPIs reporting tool
  • Build a MEIA dashboard format
  • Load sell in, wholesale and sell out data into the regional tracker file and share
  • Deliver report analysis on a regional level and by market, assist on the Monthly Business Review preparation (KPIs) and Dashboard update
  • Work on regular reports automatization, work closely with Managing Director to deliver insightful reports
  • Provide management support on all ad-hoc reports, analysis and presentations
  • Follow up and deliver analysis for brand activations campaign (Media, TradeaEUR)
Business controlling
  • Assist commercial team with expense follow up, monthly closings and Capex investment P&Ls
  • Actively support the preparation of the yearly, B+2 budgets and quarterly re-estimates
Transversal functions
  • Support the Commercial Team with preparation of key client meeting
  • Co-work with the Managing Director on the Budget Process
  • Assist with pricing competitive studies
Profil du candidat

Requirements
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written), French is appreciated
  • Very Good computer and analytical skills (excellent knowledge of excel and powerpoint is a must)
