- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize job portals, social media, databases, employee referrals, and networking to proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, prepare hiring reports, and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Minimum 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency or in-house settings, with a strong track record of closing positions across multiple domains.
- Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), and recruitment tools for sourcing and reporting.
