Job Description

Kids First Group (KFG) is a leading provider of premium early years education and childcare across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha. Since 2011, we have grown to

35 nurseries

, each offering a unique approach to early childhood education, including the

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Montessori, and Reggio Emilia methods

We are looking for a passionate and talented

Early Years Educator

to become part of our dynamic team and inspire young minds from day one.

What We're Looking For:


Qualifications:



Early Years qualification (Cache Level 3, Bachelor's, HND, BTEC in Childcare/Early Years, or PGCE) English as first language

Experience:



Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar setting Strong background in delivering an enriched EYFS curriculum

Key Responsibilities:



Inspire a love of learning through creativity and enthusiasm Support children's development academically, socially, and emotionally Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the nursery's curriculum Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues Contribute to extra-curricular activities and school events Work collaboratively within a team to maintain a positive and nurturing environment Continuously develop professionally and embrace opportunities for growth
