We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Monitoring procedure responsible f/m” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as follow:

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Monitoring procedure responsible f/m” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as follow:
- Conduction of monitoring procedures for the processes of business units, human resources, logistics, purchasing and access management,
- Reporting of deficiencies detected during monitoring procedures via risk management tool,
- Support process owners to define necessary measures for deficiencies and track status of measure implementation,
- Support process owners and act as consultant in business processes,
- Audit Management,
- Participation and conduction of process health check to identify weakness in business processes and support for corrective actions.
Qualifications
- University degree in Management Sciences, Industrial Engineering or similar,
- Analytical mindset to assess the impact of internal and external factors on the business
- High desire to learn, develop and initiate change,
- Familiarity with the Controlling, Accounting and Finance environment,
- Interest in data management and data analytics,
- High communication skills and ability to manage conflicts to act as a business partner,
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications especially in MS Excel and VBA,
- Fluency in English and French,
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a related experience.
