Position Title: FM Assistant
Contract Duration - 11 Months
Salary - AED 6000 - 7000/-
Work Location - Dubai
Start Date - 1st Oct 2022 Job Purpose
-Ensure operations of Facilities Management team meets Clients & DWTC requirements.
-Identify & develop potential Facilities Management projects.
-Handle all technical aspects of the facilities management and construction projects.
-Hand over and take over under construction building and units Core Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensuring service contractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and QBG's Integrated Management System
2. Leading the Service Delivery Management Team.
3. Overseeing the management and delivery of MEP and other FM services to all buildings under management
4. Assisting with developing and monitoring annual operational FM budgets
5. Advising on asset life cycle costs and replacement programs
6. Managing the interface with the helpdesk / CAFM system
7. Ensuring that service delivery performance data is captured in accordance with agreed procedures
8. Prepare and monitor all maintenance schedule and daily operations
9. Ensuring that service delivery performance data is captured in accordance with agreed procedures
10. Coordinate with consultants for approvals of any modification / construction works completed
11. Liaise with government sectors like DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Etisalat etc, for inspections and approvals for all projects.
12. Ensure clear KPI and SLA's are in place for supervisors and subcontractors. Work Experience
1. Minimum of 5 years' facilities management experience
2. Track record of successfully managing service delivery to high end clients
3. Team leadership and management skills
4. Strong MEP knowledge
5. Previous contract management experience
6. Good written and oral communication skills
7. Excellent interpersonal skills
8. High level of corporate and professional integrity
9. CAFM experience Candidates who meet the above requirements and can join immediately will be given priority. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Education:
