Prior experience of 1- 2 years in Prognosis/Insight (ATM Monitoring Tools)
Responsible for all aspects of monitoring of Automated Teller Machine operations and Smart Deposit Machines.
Ensure that all department emails are actioned.
Ensure all calls are logged with by CIT company and are attended by Vendors within the TAT defined in the SLA
Ensure alerts are notified and escalated as per the baseline standards defined by the IT Infrastructure Team
Coordinating installations, upgrades and Preventive Maintenance on ATM's and SDM's with Service Providers, Community office staff (OPS) and external vendors (NCR & CNS).
Responsible for monitoring the ATM Communication network, responding to outages, and working closely with Network Operations Centers and Telecommunications providers to debug and diagnose network problems.
Familiar with all processes defined in the SOP.
Familiarity with all monitoring tools, viz Prognosis, Insight, Base24.
