Modern Workplace Sr. Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Partner Technology Consultant (PTC) for Modern Work provides technical guidance to Microsoft Partners, helping them implement and optimize Microsoft's Modern Work solutions, including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Enterprise Mobility & Security (EMS).
What you'll do:
Guide Microsoft Partners in deploying and optimizing Microsoft 365 solutions (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive).
Provide expertise in security, compliance, and identity solutions using Microsoft Defender, Purview, and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
Support partners in implementing Zero Trust security frameworks and hybrid work solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive Modern Work solution adoption among partners.
Advise Microsoft Partners on automation and AI-enhanced productivity tools in Microsoft 365.
Identify opportunities to strengthen partner competencies and recommend strategies for improvement.

Skills and experiences:
Expertise in Microsoft 365 solutions, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and OneDrive.
Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and Entra ID (Azure AD) for security and compliance.
Experience with hybrid work technologies, Zero Trust security, and endpoint management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with Microsoft Partners and internal teams.
