The Modern Trade Sales Supervisor (Bakery & Dairy) is responsible for managing sales operations and driving revenue growth across modern trade outlets in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have
strong experience in the UAE retail market

, and a deep understanding of local consumer behavior and retail dynamics. This role focuses on managing key accounts, executing sales strategies, and leading a team to achieve business objectives for bakery and dairy products.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement
Drive sales growth in modern trade outlets across the UAE.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for bakery and dairy categories.
Key Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with leading UAE retailers (e.g., Carrefour, Lulu, Union Coop, and Choithrams).
Negotiate listings, pricing, promotions, and visibility agreements.
Promotions & Visibility
Plan and execute in-store promotions tailored to the UAE market.
Ensure adherence to merchandising standards and pangrams.
Market Knowledge & Competitor Analysis
Monitor market trends and competitor activities specific to the UAE.
Identify opportunities for product placement and expansion.
Team Leadership
Lead and support a team of sales representatives and merchandisers.
Provide training and coaching to improve team performance.
Stock Management & Forecasting
Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
Provide sales forecasts based on UAE market trends and retail data.
Reporting
Submit weekly and monthly sales reports with insights on product performance and market challenges.
Use UAE-specific data for business planning and decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in modern trade sales in the UAE
, preferably in the bakery and dairy segments.
