Job Description

:
Conduct routine inspections of batteries stored in the warehouse
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Identifying and resolving issues related to battery performance and operation
Explain battery uses and maintenance clearly to customers
Maintain accurate records of batteries maintenance activities, testing results, and equipment conditions
Ability to diagnose issues with battery and battery related systems
Ensure that Company procedures are adhered to while handling customers.
Providing training and guidance to other team members and customers on proper battery handling and maintenance procedures
Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines related to battery storage, handling, and disposal
Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent certification
Strong understanding of electrical principles and safety protocols
Good communication skills and ability to provide clear explanations to customers regarding battery maintenance and repair procedures
Preferred at least 2 years of experience in the battery-related field
Must have a good command of the English Language and Arabic is preferable.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and specifications
Target industry (Market related Battery).
UAE Driving License required.
