Job Title: Mobile Sales Executive - Polymers SalesJob Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mobile Sales Executive for our Polymers Sales division. As a Mobile Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our polymer products within the assigned territory. Your main objective will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, while identifying new business opportunities. To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with a thorough understanding of the polymer industry and market trends.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and generate new sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular communication and addressing their concerns.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our polymer products to customers, highlighting their competitive advantages.
- Identify and analyze customer requirements to provide tailored solutions and contribute to creative customer-specific offerings.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide comprehensive technical support and solutions to customers.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors\' activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of our polymer products, including product specifications, applications, and pricing.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, and update the sales management system regularly.
- Actively participate in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows to promote our polymer products and create brand awareness.

Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of proven sales experience in the polymer industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of polymers, industry standards, and market trends.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide innovative solutions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory regularly.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
