Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled
Mobile Repair
& Refurbishment Technician
to join our team. You will be responsible for fixing and refurbishing mobile phones to make sure they work like new. Your work will help restore devices for resale or return to customers in top condition.Key Responsibilities
Diagnose & Repair
Find and fix hardware issues in mobile phones Replace screens, batteries, motherboards, and other parts Solve software problems like OS issues and data recovery Test all repaired phones to ensure they work properly
Refurbish Devices
Clean and rebuild phones to like-new condition Upgrade hardware or software when needed
Customer Support
Explain problems and repairs clearly to customers Keep records of work done on each device
Inventory Management
Track spare parts and tools Order parts when needed Keep logs of parts used
Learning & Safety
Stay updated with new phone models and repair methods Follow safety rules and handle e-waste properly
Requirements
Experience in mobile phone repair Good problem-solving skills Attention to detail Good communication with customers Able to handle small parts carefully
