The Role:

We're looking for a

Finance Manager

with strong

multi-country financial experience

, especially in

Africa and Asia

, to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic support for rapid growth. You'll oversee accounting, reporting, and forecasting while working closely with leadership and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee accounting operations, payroll, billing, and compliance Deliver accurate financial reports - monthly, quarterly, annually Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow, and sales figures Prepare financial statements and consolidated regional reports Collaborate with regional managers on projections and planning Ensure compliance with East and West African financial regulations

Requirements:

10-14 years

of financial management experience Direct exposure to

East/West African

markets Experience with

mobile resale or tech distribution

is a strong plus CA / CA Inter / MBA Finance Strong understanding of

multi-country finance and compliance

Skilled in financial forecasting, reporting, and controls
