Job Description
Core responsibilities
Diagnostics and repair:
Identify and fix hardware and software problems, including advanced issues like chip-level repairs.Component replacement:
Swap out broken parts like screens, batteries, and charging ports.Testing:
Verify that all device functions are working correctly after repairs.Customer service:
Answer technical questions, guide customers on device usage, and explain repair statuses.Maintenance:
Keep a clean workspace, maintain an inventory of parts, and ensure tools are calibrated.Data management:
Keep accurate records of all repairs and securely erase data from devices when needed.Stay current:
Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies and troubleshooting techniques.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
