We are seeking a skilled

Mobile Phone Technician & Sales Associate

who is capable of handling both the technical repair tasks and customer-facing sales duties, ensuring the highest level of service at every step of the process.

As a

Mobile Phone Technician & Sales Associate

, you will be responsible for managing repair orders, finalizing sales deals, and executing repairs directly in the branch.

You'll interact with customers, assess their needs, and handle their mobile device repairs on-site, all while maintaining a high standard of customer service and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobile Phone Technician Duties:

Take repair orders directly from customers, assessing the issue and providing accurate repair estimates. Perform mobile phone repairs on-site, including screen replacements, battery changes, back glass changes . Install software updates and configure settings as needed. Maintain accurate repair records and ensure repairs are completed within agreed timeframes. Ensure all repairs are done to the highest quality standards.
Sales Associate Duties:

Assist customers in choosing mobile phones, accessories Provide in-depth product knowledge and conduct product demonstrations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Close sales deals and process payments efficiently. Help meet sales targets and contribute to promotional campaigns. Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mobile Phone Technician or in a similar technical role. Experience in retail or sales, preferably in the mobile phone industry. Strong technical knowledge of mobile phone hardware and software troubleshooting. Ability to handle repair orders and close sales directly with customers in the branch. Skilled in performing mobile phone repairs on-site and efficiently managing multiple repair tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. Strong sales abilities and a proactive attitude in closing deals. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle both technical and sales duties.
