Mobile Phone Technician
Job Description
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in mobile phones (iOS & Android)
Perform screen replacements, backups, and re installation of operating systems
Troubleshoot issues related to charging ports, cameras, speakers, and microphones
Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed
Ensure devices are repaired in a timely and professional manner.
Provide exceptional customer services and technical advice to customers
Maintain a clean and organised work, manage spare parts inventory
Proven experience as a mobile phone technician.
Strong knowledge of smartphones hardware and software
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus)High attention to details and strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
Experience:
