Job Description
Looking for Mobile Phone Technician who can do repairs of Tablet PC, Mobile Phones and Accessories.
Diagnoses, repairs, and maintains mobile devices, addressing both hardware and software issues.
Perform tasks like screen replacements, battery swaps, and troubleshooting software glitches.
Providing customer service by explaining repair processes, providing repair estimates, and answering customer inquiries.
Maintaining accurate records of repairs, inventory, and customer information.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
