We are looking for an experienced Technician based in our Ajman store. As a Technician, you will be expected to provide quality repairs of devices, communicate positively and effectively with customers, and work closely with team members. We're looking for a friendly and ambitious individual with a strong work ethic and experience in a fast-paced tech-oriented retail environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Repair electronic devices including phones, Laptops/Computers, Tablets, Game systems and more Perform diagnostics and install software products Greet and assist customers, process sales Sell accessories, pre-owned devices, as well as technology related services Answer customer phone calls
Key Skills Needed:
3+ Technical experience with hardware and software, especially Mobile Phone, Laptops/Computers, Tablets, Game systems and camera 3+ years' experience in a retail setting preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong interest in the consumer electronics industry Send your resume / CV on 0545883679
