Job Description

Fixsquad has a requirement for two experienced Level 3 Repair Technicians specializing in mobile phone and laptop repairs. One of the two positions must be filled by a candidate with a valid UAE driving license to support pickup, delivery, and on-site repairs.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform

Level 3 repairs

on smartphones (iPhone, Android) and laptops. Carry out motherboard troubleshooting, chip-level soldering, and IC replacement. Perform quality testing to ensure devices meet Fixsquad's repair standards. Document repair details accurately and manage spare parts usage. Provide support for walk-in customers at mall counters and corporate clients.

Requirements

Proven experience in

phone and laptop repair

(Level 3 board-level). Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preference

Candidates with a

valid UAE driving license

will be given priority.
