Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, and related hardware.
Install and configure software and drivers.
Provide technical support and advice to customers.
Assist with system upgrades and maintenance.
Maintain inventory of parts and tools.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Computer Technician or similar role.
Good knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Relevant technical certification is a plus.
