Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified MMA coach with extensive experience in Dubai's competitive fighting scene. The ideal candidate should hold at least a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, showcasing advanced grappling, submission, and ground control skills. In addition to expertise in Jiu-Jitsu, the coach must have strong striking abilities, particularly in disciplines such as Muay Thai, Boxing, or Kickboxing. This combination of grappling and striking proficiency is essential for developing well-rounded fighters.
Fluency in both English and Russian is a crucial requirement for this role, as the coach will be working with a diverse group of clients. Effective communication is key to ensuring that training instructions are clear and that athletes can fully understand and apply the techniques being taught.
The coach's responsibilities will include designing comprehensive training programs tailored to individual and group needs, providing hands-on coaching during sessions, and motivating athletes to push their limits and achieve their goals.
