Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate, certified

Female Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and MMA Coach

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in martial arts, a commitment to helping members achieve their fitness and self-defense goals, and the ability to lead both group classes and personal training sessions. She should possess strong interpersonal skills and be a role model for discipline, fitness, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct BJJ and MMA group training sessions for all levels (kids, juniors, adults). Offer private coaching and small-group sessions based on member requests. Design and implement structured training programs tailored to individual and group goals. Educate members on proper techniques, safety, and injury prevention. Support promotional activities, member engagement events, and competitions. Maintain a positive and inclusive training environment, ensuring safety and motivation. Track member progress and provide feedback for improvement. Ensure class areas and equipment are well-maintained and organized.

Requirements:

Certified in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (minimum Blue Belt, Purple or higher preferred). Additional certification in MMA, personal training, or relevant martial arts discipline. Minimum 2-3 years of coaching experience in BJJ and/or MMA. Proven experience working with women, kids, and group sessions preferred. Strong verbal communication and instructional skills. Ability to motivate, engage, and retain members. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). Physically fit and able to demonstrate techniques confidently and safely.

Preferred:

Background in competitive martial arts or tournament participation. CPR/First Aid certification. Experience working in a professional fitness or martial arts center.
