MMA Coach/Admin

to inspire, train, and manage day-to-day operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

MMA Coaching

Develop and deliver structured MMA training sessions tailored to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Provide one-on-one coaching and personalized feedback to improve members' techniques and fitness. Prepare athletes for competitions and ensure they meet safety and performance standards. Stay updated on MMA techniques, trends, and best practices. Ability to teach a variety of Martial arts tailored to all skills and teach group classes for kids and adults,

Administrative Duties

Manage member registrations, inquiries, and payments. Track and maintain attendance records for classes and sessions. Assist in coordinating schedules, events, and competitions. Oversee inventory for equipment, merchandise, and supplies. Provide exceptional customer service to members and visitors.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven MMA coaching experience with a strong background in combat sports (e.g., boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Kickboxing). Prior administrative experience is a plus.

Certifications:

Relevant coaching certifications or martial arts belts are highly desirable. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and scheduling tools. Must be willing to

relocate in Mirdif, Dubai

Package

3,000 - 3,500 AED/month + Commission Commission on Personal Training Residency Visa
