We are seeking a creative
Non-Alcoholic Mixologist
to craft exceptional beverages using fresh ingredients, premium mixers, and innovative techniques. This role requires someone passionate about flavor profiles, presentation, and delivering a unique guest experience without alcohol.Key Responsibilities:
Design and prepare signature non-alcoholic beverages, including mocktails, juices, and specialty drinks. Engage with guests to recommend drinks and create memorable experiences. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked beverage station. Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards. Stay updated on beverage trends, healthy drink options, and modern techniques. Collaborate with the culinary team to pair beverages with menu items.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a premium cafe, lounge, or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of flavor combinations, fresh ingredients, and non-alcoholic beverage trends. Excellent guest interaction and presentation skills. Creativity and passion for creating visually appealing and flavorful drinks. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
