Job Overview:

We are looking for a Bar Supervisor specializing in non-alcoholic beverages who will play a key role in enhancing the overall customer experience by overseeing the creation and delivery of high-quality, innovative, and alcohol-free drinks. This role involves supervising bar staff, controlling inventory, ensuring exceptional service, compliance with health & safety standards, and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure the bar is adequately stocked with all necessary beverages, glassware, and supplies. Manage and lead a team of baristas, providing guidance and support. Create, develop, and maintain a menu of non-alcoholic beverages, staying current with industry trends. Planning and executing promotions and activations. Train staff on beverage preparation techniques, presentation, garnishes, and customer service. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the bar area. Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to create cohesive and appealing menu offerings. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry. Strong with standards and SOP creation. Understanding of costing and waste management. Experience in running a team of at least 5 baristas. Preferably with a day dining experience to be able to oversee a very busy operation. Well-groomed and well-presentable to lead the team by example. Motivational and energetic character is a must. Strong knowledge of non-alcoholic beverages and mixology. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
