What We Are Looking For
Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or Mixologist in Dubai
Strong knowledge in non alcoholic mixology modern beverage trends and Turkish inspired concepts
Ability to create a unique crazy photo worthy menu from scratch
Skilled in costing inventory management ordering and supplier coordination
Creative trend aware and detail oriented
Can start immediately
Your Responsibilities
Develop and launch a standout non alcoholic beverage menu that aligns with the Bebek brand
Ensure proper inventory control cost efficiency and supplier management
Collaborate with the kitchen and marketing team to make every drink a visual and sensory experience
Train and guide bar team on new recipes and service standards
Ready to stir things up at Bebek
