We are seeking a talented and passionate MIXOLOGIST / BARTENDER to join our team and craft exceptional cocktails that capture the essence of our beachfront paradise.

FACE TO FACE INTERVIEWS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN CAPE TOWN IN SEPTEMBER.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a diverse and innovative cocktail menu that reflects the resort\xe2\x80\x99s unique beachfront ambiance.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests to recommend drinks based on their preferences and provide personalized service.
• Maintain a well-organized and well-stocked bar area, ensuring high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination of beverage and food offerings.
• Contribute to the overall guest experience by creating an inviting and vibrant atmosphere at the bar.
• Stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance mixology skills.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mixologist / Bartender in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
• Passion for creativity and the ability to craft visually appealing and delicious drinks.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak hours with grace.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant certifications in bartending or mixology are desirable.
