Restaurant Manager | Dubai | All-Inclusive Beachfront Resort

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate RESTAURANT MANAGER to lead our culinary team and elevate our guests\xe2\x80\x99 dining experiences to new heights.

FACE TO FACE INTERVIEWS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN CAPE TOWN IN SEPTEMBER.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and train restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and support teams, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create innovative menus that showcase the finest ingredients and cater to diverse guest preferences.
• Ensure adherence to high standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety protocols.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and a focus on exceeding expectations.
• Maintain effective communication with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Monitor and manage inventory, cost controls, and budgetary requirements for the restaurant.

Qualifications:

• Hospitality Management qualification or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end, luxury dining establishment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
