We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic TEEN CLUB ATTENDANT, to join the team and provide an unforgettable experience for their young guests

FACE TO FACE INTERVIEWS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN CAPE TOWN IN SEPTEMBER

As Ideal Candidate you will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with teenagers in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for interacting with young guests.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and engaging teen-focused activities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Engage with teenage guests in a friendly and approachable manner, ensuring their comfort and enjoyment during their stay.
• Plan and coordinate a diverse range of engaging activities, games, and experiences that cater to the interests of teenagers.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for teenagers to interact, socialize, and create lasting memories
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating and exceeding the needs and preferences of teen guests.
• Supervise and manage the Teen Club area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Collaborate with the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s entertainment team to align activities with the overall guest experience.

Salary Package

• Basic AED 2 500
• Shared accommodation
• Service charge of approximately AED 200
• Local medical insurance
