Job Hiring: Mixologist Bar Supervisor
We are currently hiring for the position of Bar Mixologist & Bar Supervisor to join our team in Dubai.
Key Requirements:
Must be currently based in Dubai
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within Dubai
Strong knowledge and experience in creating mocktails, smoothies, fresh juices, and other trending non-alcoholic beverages
Proven ability to develop a beverage menu from scratch, including recipe creation, presentation, and innovation
Sound knowledge of costing, inventory control, and ordering procedures
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate the bar team
Well-organized, clean, and detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining high operational standards
Good understanding and implementation of food safety and hygiene practices in accordance with UAE regulations
Must be creative, proactive, and passionate about delivering quality service and products
