Job Overview
As Head Mixologist in Dubai, you will take charge of bar operations at Jumeirah Al Naseem, ensuring consistency in beverage quality, maintaining a luxury guest experience, and leading a team of bartenders and bar support staff. This role involves hands-on training, responsible alcohol management, and menu innovation aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee bar service standards, beverage consistency, and mixology techniques
• Lead and coach the bar team through daily operations and structured training
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws and responsible service protocols
• Innovate cocktail menus and support premium product offerings
• Manage team development through individual plans and performance reviews
• Actively resolve guest concerns and drive positive engagement at the bar
• Monitor product quality, stock levels, and operational efficiency

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as Head Mixologist or Bar Manager in a luxury hospitality or premium F and B setting
• Expert knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and bar trends
• Strong experience with Micros, Sevenrooms, and Microsoft Office tools
• Fluent in English; second language such as Russian or another European language is an advantage
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and guest handling skills
• Experience working in diverse, multi-cultural teams
