Overview of the role
We are looking for an experienced MIS Manager to support the Toyota & Lexus business to achieve the targeted units and market share. You will be responsible for planning, designing, developing and evaluating the current reporting systems and lead a data driven analysis to identify opportunities, analyse, visualize, and deliver insights to help serve the business & Management better.

You will be responsible for planning, designing, developing and evaluating the current reporting systems and lead a data driven analysis to identify opportunities, analyse, visualize, and deliver insights to help serve the business & Management better.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain broad knowledge of company\xe2\x80\x99s business and technology requirements and needs
- Support on Capex expenditure related analysis
- Financial modelling on Capex and related projects
- Schedule, prepare and arrange meetings with directors and key stakeholders to identify the pain points with significant business impacts and align with budget requirements for AFM and TMC
- Drive the generation and analysis of various business specific reports and publish it to stakeholders
- Lead the incentive policy discussions and policy drafting and get the necessary buy in from Management
- Schedule and drive an Incentive forum to ensure clarity on the incentive pay-outs and policies among the Stakeholders in Sales, HR, Finance, Accounts
