Job Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing data related to construction projects, resources, and operations. This role involves maintaining databases, generating reports, and supporting decision-making through accurate and timely information. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data tools, and a good understanding of construction workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project-related databases and dashboards. Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments (e.g., procurement, site operations, HR). Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress, resource utilization, and cost tracking. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all MIS systems. Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to gather real-time updates. Automate reporting processes using Excel macros, Power BI, or other tools. Monitor KPIs and flag deviations to management. Support audits and compliance reporting with accurate documentation. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities using historical data. Provide training and support to staff on MIS tools and systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in MIS or data analysis, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector. Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), Power BI, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of construction project workflows and terminology is a plus. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
