Assist the sales team in preparing orders, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
Prepare Account wise Sales Vs Target vs Achievement reports, MIS reports
Coordinate with internal departments to gather relevant information for client requests.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and status updates.
2. Export Client Communication:
Act as a point of contact for export clients, addressing inquiries, providing sales or marketing new launches, planogram, related information in line with line manager.
Collect monthly reports from each distributors prepare the category wise reports
Follow up with clients to gather feedback and assess their satisfaction levels.
Follow up with logistics, NPD, Marketing for smooth operations
Coordinate with Exports, Buyers to obtain pricing, availability, and other relevant information.
Manage and organize sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.
Assist in tracking sales orders, deliveries, and project timelines.
Coordinate a cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse and Finance department towards common goals set by the organization.
Assist in organizing sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Required Skills :
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
Relevant experience preferred.
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
Proficient in appropriate software.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
