ADNOC Global Trading LTD ("AGTaEUR) seeks an ambitious, motivated MO Reporting and Data Analyst (" AGT aEUR) to join its Middle Office team in Abu Dhabi. It is owned by ADNOC (65%), Eni (20%), and OMV (15%). Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, it has ambitious plans for global growth, including a subsidiary in Singapore and plans to expand into Europe and the US. AGTaEUR(TM)s business focuses on physical trading of crude oil, condensate, liquid feedstock, and refined oil products, risk management activities (including hedging), shipping and chartering, storage and inventory management, trading of oil-related derivatives, and other ancillary activities. Job Purpose The MO Reporting and Data Analyst at ADNOC Global Trading is responsible for supporting other Middle Office functions and collaborating with Digital teams to deliver and maintain advanced reporting capabilities, including AI integration. Key Responsibilities Develop and produce regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for strategic decisions, such as workload reduction and duplication elimination. Support the development of the Datalake for all Middle Office use cases, working with the Data Manager to ensure it serves as the primary source for reporting. Interfaces Report Trading Results/Positions to senior management, working closely with MO teams, Finance, Legal & Compliance to ensure best practices, operational efficiency, and policy adherence. Collaborate with the digital team to meet user requirements and deadlines. Identify opportunities to improve data collection and reporting processes. Data Analysis & Report Generation Use statistical techniques to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Create detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders. Produce regular and ad-hoc reports as needed. Stakeholder Collaboration Engage with various departments to understand their data needs and deliver tailored reporting solutions. Communicate findings effectively to the Data Reporting Manager. Process Improvement Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing data collection and reporting processes. Adopt new data analysis techniques and tools. Qualifications, Experience, Skills Minimum Qualifications BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree (Hons) in Business, Science, Computer Studies, Mathematics, Engineering, or Finance. Minimum Experience & Skills Experience in Business Systems Analysis. Proven experience in building PowerBI reports and dashboards. Coding experience in Python, PowerBI, and other data analytics tools. Experience using AI tools and models to support data and process analytics, including causal data tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
